VDM and Ward Incorporated was established in August 2022 and is located in Randburg, Johannesburg. We specialise in various areas of law such as commercial engineering-related law, supported by forensic and mathematical analysis; family and divorce law; contract law and labour law. Our goal is to help our clients minimise losses and maximise profits. We use ingenuity and creativity to best address our clients’ needs and to achieve their goals.
When it comes to divorce matters, we pride ourselves on providing just, sensible, and effective solutions. We are upfront with clients and define the issues that are at stake. We offer the parties the opportunity to dissolve their marriage in a civilised and contained way; especially when children are involved. We advocate for settlement of matters where possible and work with a community of mediators and family professionals where necessary. Should it occur, however, that matters cannot be settled, we ensure that our clients’ case is effectively presented in court.
At VDM and Ward Incorporated, we have a team of highly qualified practitioners who bring valuable experience and knowledge to our firm.
